Parking and public transport

The Stadium has spaces for around 2,000 cars at each game. Parking is free of charge and on a 'first come first served' basis and for big games the main car park does get full before kick off although there is generally still space in the overflow parking at the back of the Vue Cinema.

There are specific marked spaces for disabled supporters near to each stand. Call 01865 337533 for full details on disabled tickets and parking

There is some road parking near the ground, with spaces often to be found between the stadium and the Watlington Road roundabout. All supporters attending games are asked to respect the Residents Only schemes that operate in the nearby streets and not to park on the double yellow lines on approach roads. The lines do include the grass verges along the edge of the road as well and the club will not accept responsibility for any parking tickets issued to motorists who park there.

The Priory Pub next to the Stadium also has 350 spaces with a £3 fee charged to park, refundable with any food or drink purchased from the pub

The Football Special Bus Services have been reviewed and amended for the coming season.

Last season two regular bus services transported fans to and from the stadium. The 601 service ran from the centre of Oxford to the ground, and the 602 ran from Kidlington to Marston, Headington, Wood Farm and then to the ground.

Although, the club heavily subsidised both services to keep the buses as cheap as possible for supporters, the rising cost of fuel and transport in general means that the service has become very costly. Last season the club lost over £2,500 running the 601 buses and with the substantial increase in fuel costs this year that figure is no longer sustainable.

This is coupled with a high frequency bus service, the Number 5, operated by the Oxford bus company which runs every five minutes from the Station and city centre to nearby Knights Road, a five minute walk to the ground. If the 601 service continued then the prices to break even would be substantially higher than the regular fare on that service.

As a result the 601 service will be suspended until such time as numbers and costs make it financially viable again.

The club recognise that their historical fanbase in the Headington area remains and will continue to underwrite the costs of the 602 buses to serve that area. Although prices have risen due to increased fuel costs we have tried to keep this increase as low as possible.

The 602 service will change route slightly to include Summertown.

The 602 service will only operate for league matches and will not be running for the pre-season games.

Cup matches will be considered on a match-by-match basis.
