Legends to take on Kidlington
The Oxford United legends side will be in action this Sunday at Kidlington FC as part of a memorial match for Kidlington stalwart Terry Wiffen who passed away after a short illness last September. T
he match will take place at the Yarnton Road Ground and will K.O. at 12:00 mid-day.
Terry was known as Mr Kidlington Football Club. His family, friends and colleagues all miss him terribly and Kidlington Manager Paul Lee has been working with Micky Lewis to get an excellent Oxford United legends side together for this game.
It's hoped that United's squad will contains the likes of Phil Whitehead, Alan Judge, Anton Rogan, Mickey Lewis, Les Taylor, Chris Allen,Phil Heath, Les Robinson, Peter Rhoades-Brown, Les Phillips, Joey Beauchamp, and Kevin Brock among others.
Admission is just £2 adults, £1 concessions, and a bouncy castle and Barbecue will be there to make sure the whole family has fun.
